BOOKING PROCEDURE

1. To book a ride, you can either call us directly at (917) 365-1320

OR

Send an email to this address: GothamCarriage@hotmail.com Be sure to specify the DATE & TIME you wish to reserve.

 

2. You will receive a confirmation call or email within 24hrs informing you of the availability of the time slot you requested. If a requested time slot has been already reserved, we will inform you of the next available time slot.

 

3. Once your request has been confirmed by us, you can then make your payment. A confirmation call or email will inform you that payment has been received.

 

Cancellations MUST be made at least 24hrs before the agreed upon time slot, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued to those who have reserved a time slot but fail to show up at the specified time.
